Cohousing is a new, exciting concept in muultigenerational housing that provides both privacy and a sense of community. CoHousing Houston is in the process of develoiping such a community on land in the East End near parks, bike trails and the light rail. It will include private homes and a Common House surroudning a community green. Decisions for the community are made cooperatively.
